InteChange was founded by Nick Watts with the goal of raising awareness and training leaders to recognise their role in maximising employee performance, with the consequent benefits to business performance. Our aim is to cultivate a workplace culture where the workforce has a common purpose and employees feel empowered to make a difference to the organisation and to their own lives. InteChange delivers tailored solutions that improve awareness and provide quick demonstrable benefits, both to the organisation's workforce and to its business performance.

NICK WATTS

With a MBA in Project Management and over 30 years of operational management experience, Nick Watts is a well-qualified and innovative Senior Operations Executive. He has worked across many industries, both in the public and private sector, throughout Europe and Australia, and has a proven track record of leading successful teams and developing people and organisations. 

 

Nick's most recent role was as a General Manager of Health, Safety, Environment and Wellbeing (HSEW), where he was responsible for a cultural shift in HSE function from a compliance-only focus to a practical organisation-wide engagement strategy. The changes implemented fostered improvements in HSE awareness and a workplace culture that considers employee physical, emotional and mental health.

He currently lives in Perth WA and enjoys spending time in nature with his family, kayaking, and playing the french horn.
